Why is the full payment due immediately upon booking?

The booking program we use requires full payment of the invoice amount within two hours, after which your reserved space will be released again. If you have to cancel your stay, you will be refunded according to our terms and conditions. Alternatively, you can also arrive without prior booking, in which case we cannot guarantee you a pitch.

I have received two invoices, why?

The main invoice shows the total price of the booking according to the information you provided. You top up your electricity credit with the second bill. The standard credit is 2 kWh per person per day. If you need more, you can book additional electricity credit at any time. If your consumption is lower, you will automatically receive a refund after check-out.

If you do not wish to use electricity during your stay or you have an ACSI booking, it is not necessary to pay the electricity bill.

I looked at my booking online and clicked on “Pay now”. It says “Canceled”?!

Please note that bookings must be paid for within 120 minutes. If the system cannot detect a payment, the booking will automatically be canceled. In this case, please create a new booking in your account.

I am a member of ACSI, where can I register this?

ACSI bookings cannot be made directly online. Please send us your

  • Full name
  • Address
  • Date of birth
  • Passport number and validity
  • License plate number

to info@jungfraucamp.ch.

We will create your booking manually. Please note that the ACSI-card is only valid for the standard categories “S” (up to 6 meters vehicle length) “S+” (up to 7 meters vehicle length) and “M” (up to 8 meters vehicle length).
